Important Dates & Hours

Enrollment available throughout the school year if space is available.

Open on days school is not including MLK Day, President's Day etc.
3pm - 6pm
Drop off anytime after 3pm. Pick up is promptly at 6pm however if enrolled in a class pick up may be later.
Last Day June 11, 2027
AfterBell ends however summer camps begin on June 14, 2027.
what a day at afterbell looks like...
Below is a sample of what a typical day may look like for your child in our program. Daily schedules may vary based on enrollment numbers, school arrival and dismissal times, and group needs. Some activities may be repeated throughout the day to accommodate different age groups and participation levels.
Students are welcomed by staff and safely checked into the AfterBell program. Attendance is taken, personal belongings are stored, and children transition into their structured afterschool environment.
Children enjoy a daily snack provided by KydVenture & Extreme Gym in a supervised group setting. This time allows students to recharge, socialize, and prepare for afternoon activities.
Students participate in supervised open gym time focused on movement, coordination, and active play. Activities may include gymnastics basics, obstacle courses, games, and fitness-based fun.
Dedicated quiet time for students to complete homework with staff support available as needed. This structured period helps reinforce focus, organization, and academic success.
Students engage in hands-on creative activities including art projects, crafts, and imaginative learning experiences designed to encourage self-expression and creativity.
Families begin picking up students during designated dismissal hours. Staff ensure a smooth, safe transition for each child as they are released to authorized guardians.

Monthly Tuition is based on the number of days per week you choose, allowing you to select a schedule that fits your family’s needs. Enrollment is for the entire school year however cancellation is available with 30 day notice. All holidays and school days off have been accounted for.
